Hi, we are Greg and Jess -

husband and wife, parents, homesteaders-at-heart, and real estate partners with a mission to help people find home.

Over the years, we’ve learned that “home” isn’t about square footage or a perfect plot of land—it’s about peace, purpose, and people. We've created homesteads in all kinds of spaces: apartments, condos, suburban neighborhoods, and even a tiny RV home while preparing for a move. Each place became home because we poured our hearts into it.

Our journey has been shaped by real-life challenges—raising a big family on one income so Jess could homeschool our children, managing health needs and special dietary protocols, and learning how to grow and preserve our own food out of necessity. Those seasons taught us creativity, contentment, and the value of making homestead dreams come true anywhere.

Through it all, our priorities have stayed the same:
Faith first. Family always.

We know firsthand that finding the right home—or being in the position to buy one—can be overwhelming. We’ve lived it. We’ve walked through tight finances, big moves, uncertainty, and the emotional weight of letting go of a home filled with memories. That’s why we do what we do—with heart, patience, and a deep desire to serve.
